Yes. There is open parking in our 4 story parking garage. It is not assigned and its first come first serve but there is plenty of parking.
We have beautiful amenities including, a swimming pool, Hammock Garden, Fitness center, dog park, resident lounge with computers, and multiple BBQ grills.
At this time, it is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00PM by reservation only.

All utilities are separate from your rent.
There is a bus stop right outside our main entrance. There is also a free trolly shuttle which will bring you to and from Atlantic avenue every hour on the hour until 7 PM.
We are located near I-95. We recommend that you exit on Altlantic avenue. Head west on Atlantic Avenue to Congress. Make left and stay in yoru left lane. You will see our community on your left side.
